We sincerely hope this won’t happen because our food is delicious, but we obviously accept that it won’t always be to everyones liking. In that regard, while we may disagree, let’s simply part as friends. With the items being food related, we just cannot accept refunds or returns.

If however, their is a fault with your purchase (not related to your cooking or heating of fresh/frozen items), then please get in touch with us and we will discuss options with you, including refunding your purchase.
